So tonight before I ate dinner I weighed 352.6. I always forget to weigh in the morning. I also took pictures so I can take some later to see how far I have come.
This morning I did Kettleballs. Holy CRAP! Definitely need to work into that one instead of jumping in on my 6th day. It was fun tho and he helped me modify so I was still exercising. I have never done so many squats in my life and I think I pushed the wall 6 feet over into the traditional gym that is next door doing wall push ups. I will try it again but it will be awhile.
Tonight I did flab fighters again. I really enjoy this class. It was packed. I got to formally meet my friend Michael. Im going to have to fight him to win the Canyon County Weight Loss Challenge. Mama wants a whole new wardrobe and I think $10,000 might buy some nice things.
I DIDN'T USE MY INHALER AT ALL THE ENTIRE CLASS!!! I got tired about 10 minutes in but didnt want to look like a fool or a quitter stopping. IM A HONEYBADGER. Honeybadgers don't quit!!! So I kept going and I was able to do the entire class of 45 minutes. We moved the entire time except for about 2 minutes. I had sweat running into my eyes and burning like I bleached my eyes (for the record I don't know what that feels like im purely assuming) at the end. But I felt so good and was so proud of myself for doing it.
I kept thinking "You can do anything for a minute" over and over. Persistence WILL pay off for me
